Reservation Policies

Non-Refundable Bookings:

All bookings are non-refundable. However, guests are permitted to rebook within a one-year period from the original reservation date.

Cancellation and Modification Fees:

No exemption from fees shall be granted for cancellations or modifications made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.

A 50% charge of the total reservation cost will be imposed for any modifications made within this 30-day period.

Flight Cancellations and Rebooking:

No refunds will be issued for payments made in the event of flight cancellations.

Rebooking is permissible within a six-month window from the originally canceled arrival date, contingent upon room availability.
