Itaw
Itaw is known as the Southwest Monsoon of Batanes, which brings heavy rainfall during the wet season. This deluxe room features one (1) queen bed and a private balcony facing the Pacific Ocean and surrounding hills. Please note that there are at least seven (7) steps leading to the room. Due to this access, it may not be suitable for guests with slow mobility.
Idaud
Idaud is the local term for the North wind, typically accompanied by rough waves and strong winds during the colder months from November to February. The Idaud Room can accommodate up to two (2) guests and features one (1) queen-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and surrounding hills. If weather permits, guests may also enjoy a beautiful sunrise view from the room.
Avayat
Avayat refers to the prevailing wind from the west, often bringing strong gusts and rough sea waves during its season. The Avayat Room can accommodate up to two (2) guests and features one (1) queen-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the Sitio Tukon mountains.
Sumla I
Sumla is the local term for the South Wind in Batanes—known for its gentle, soothing flow that shapes the rhythm and atmosphere of the islands during its season. Sumla I is a premium suite featuring a queen-size bed and a single bed, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. It includes a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and rolling hills. When weather conditions allow, guests can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise view right from the balcony.
Sumla II
Sumla II is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite featuring a private balcony with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean. One bedroom is furnished with three comfortable single beds, while the master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed. The suite includes two toilet and bath rooms for added convenience and privacy. Access to the suite requires approximately 10 steps stairs and may not be ideal for guests with difficulty using stairs.
Valugan I
Valugan is a term often used by Ivatans—especially fishermen during seafaring—as a reference to the east of land and sea. The Valugan 1 Room is a villa-type accommodation located outside the main building. The room features one (1) queen-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and can accommodate up to two (2) persons.
Valugan II
Valugan is a term often used by Ivatans—especially fishermen during seafaring—as a reference to the east of land and sea. The Valugan II Room is a villa-type accommodation located outside the main building. The room features one (1) queen-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and can accommodate up to two (2) persons. This room is accessible by at least 5 steps
Palahañitan
Palahañitan is the local Ivatan term for the Northeast wind—one of the seasonal trade winds that shape the climate and landscape of Batanes. The Palahañitan Room is designed for comfort and shared stays, featuring two queen-size beds and accommodating up to four guests. It has two private balconies offering scenic views of the Fundacion Pacita topiary garden and Mt. Itraya. Access to the room is via a spiral staircase. Due to this setup, the room is not recommended for guests who may have difficulty going up or down stairs.
Munmo
Munmo is the local term for the Northwest wind, typically accompanied by rough seas and strong waves that shape the coastal landscape of Batanes. The Munmo Room can accommodate up to three guests and features one queen-size bed and one single bed, offering a comfortable space for small groups or families. Access to the room is via a steep staircase. Due to this setup, the room is not recommended for guests who may have difficulty going up or down stairs.
Ayukayam II
